Lobbies offer 46” portrait style Interactive Directories, where guests can easily choose where they want to go by the press of a button, to display the location of the tenants in the building. September 2009 - TekWorks installs a background music system and paging capabilities throughout the new hotel. Hotel Sierra Redmond will mix modern and natural elements, bringing contemporary luxury to prominent high-tech and bio-medical companies located near downtown Redmond, 20 miles from Seattle. The hotel is part of a mixed-use development located near Redmond Town Center, Nintendo America Headquarters and the Microsoft Corporate Campus.

Qualcomm Inc. Fiber Optic work

June-2009 - TekWorks Outside Plant department, joined by our Fiber Optic services department, has recently completed the installation of approximately 8,000 feet of a new 432 strand single mode trunk fiber spanning the Qualcomm Mira Mesa location. Engineered to provide a long term solution for ever decreasing conduit space within the public right of way, this new trunk fiber has been installed in a manner to allow mid span access and fusion splicing at multiple locations surrounding the wireless company’s Mira Mesa campus. TekWorks fiber optic technicians have already completed the mid span ring splice of 216 single mode fibers from this cable, for a new structure scheduled for construction in 2010.
